Auto Parts Counter Person Honda City Bethpage, NY 11714 Honda City is a highly respected family owned dealership in Nassau County. We are looking for an ambitious and conscientious parts counter advisor to add to our team. We provide the structure, coaching and support system for your success. CDK experience helpful but not necessary. Must enjoy working in a genuine TEAM atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Assist all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
• Inform customers of companion parts requirements to ensure customer’s full needs are met.
• Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other required information.
• Reviews body shop estimates and ensure parts that are ordered are complete and accurate
• Provides high level of service to internal and external customers.
• Pulls and fills order from stock.
• Notifies parts manager of out of stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
• Locates out of stock parts from outside sources and submits an emergency order as necessary.
• Notifies service advisor and customer when special order parts have been received.
• Performs periodic stock counts.
