Auto Parts Inventory Clerk Audi Lynbrook Parts Inventory Clerk Opportunity We seek a career-driven, customer-focused individual with auto parts sales experience to join our team as a Parts Inventory Clerk . This role involves collaborating with managers to drive store growth. We offer a competitive salary and a supportive work environment. Physical strength and stamina are essential, as the job involves lifting, squatting, and carrying heavy items.

Your Daily Work Schedule:

Orders parts daily. Records and stocks incoming shipments. Aids the parts manager with processing weekly stock orders. Alerts relevant individuals when special-order parts arrive. Serves as a substitute for the parts manager in inventory roles. Updates digital parts files and keeps the parts price list current. Prepares reports on stock usage and market trends for replenishment needs. Provides the warranty department with necessary details for prompt warranty filings. Examines files to find unused items and suggests disposal of surplus stock. Confirms receipt of credits for returned parts. Returns parts as required and removes them from inventory once credited. Returns cores swiftly and ensures receipt of credit. Matches purchase orders with invoices, approves them, and forwards them to accounting. Files company copies of parts counter invoices. Helps with preparations and execution of annual parts inventory. Assists with annual parts returns. Provides telephone coverage for the parts department. Supports counter staff with check, insurance, and credit card processing when able. Keeps the parts area tidy and organized.
