Job Description
Administrative Parts Facilitator 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars Syracuse, NY 13209 A well-established company is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Parts Facilitator to join their operations team. The ideal candidate will support the efficient flow of parts within service or production departments, maintain inventory accuracy, and contribute to excellent internal and external customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, order. track, store, and issue parts and supplies in a timely and accurate manner Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment Coordinate parts requests with technicians and service advisors Track orders and communication with vendors to ensure timely deliveries Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory movements Preparing quotes for customers based on parts needed Perform periodic stock counts and support inventory audits
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in Automotive or Service Industry Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites Basic understanding of how inventory system works Excellent communication and customer service skills
