Crest Cadillac is seeking Parts Advisors to support our premium Cadillac brand. This role involves maintaining our Cadillac parts inventory, sourcing parts as needed, and delivering exceptional service. RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate with service technicians for efficient part identification and distribution and fulfill orders for body shop and retail customers with a commitment to attentive service and inquiry accuracy. Source parts from vendors as needed and verify them against orders upon receipt to ensure quality, while maintaining a well-organized and accessible inventory. Process and manage manufacturer core returns. Provide updates and feedback to the Parts Manager, facilitating ongoing departmental improvements and addressing any issues promptly.

REQUIREMENTS

Prior experience with GM parts or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with automotive parts, tools, and inventory management software.
