Auto Maintenance & Parts Monitoring Associate Big Apple Taxi Management 6210 34th Ave, Woodside, NY 11377 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Vehicle & Parts Intake Associate to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that all vehicle Repair Orders and Auto Parts are appropriately recorded within the software, processed and billed to the client. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data-entry tasks, with an emphasis on meticulous time and entry management. Vehicle repair knowledge is a plus. Responsibilities Receive and enter all auto parts delivered to the facility. Manage inventory levels for auto parts and supplies, ensuring timely ordering and restocking. Utilize Parts management systems for tracking parts and supplies needed for repairs. Enter each vehicle that comes into the facility for repairs, attaching all work performed on the vehicle along with all parts pulled from inventory. Maintain accurate data entry records related to maintenance activities and inventory management. Collaborate with team members to ensure all work performed is always recorded accurately Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing maintenance tasks. Skills Proficient in web-based inventory and/or maintenance software and MS Excel. Strong knowledge of inventory management practices. Familiarity with stocking and order management systems. Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate teamwork.
