The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory, assisting customers with their parts needs, and ensuring that our motorcycle service operations run smoothly. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure availability of parts. Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct motorcycle parts. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking parts usage and inventory. Process sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing. Organize stock areas to facilitate efficient retrieval of parts. Provide support for automotive diagnostics and service inquiries. Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely availability of necessary parts. Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and stock levels. Skills Proficient in inventory control practices to manage stock effectively. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products when appropriate. Familiarity with CMMS software for effective inventory management. Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy and efficient workspace. Knowledge of automotive diagnostics to assist customers accurately. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Experience in automotive service environments is preferred. Cash handling experience is essential for processing customer transactions.
