We are looking to add a Mercedes-Benz parts specialist to our award winning one of a kind dealership. Mercedes parts or service experience preferred but will train motivated applicants. We offer state of the art, ongoing Mercedes training to our team. Primary Purpose Responsible for fulfillment of parts requests for all retail, internal and wholesale customers. Job Deliverables To provide a consistently outstanding brand and customer experience through consistently outstanding preparation, attitude, and teamwork. Place orders for parts for retail and wholesale requests. Develop business by drawing in new customers on the retail side. Notify retail customers when ordered parts come in. Greet counter customers promptly and courteously. Answer telephones promptly and courteously. Provide price quotes and other information. Recommend related parts while customer is at counter as appropriate. Promote additional parts sales by suggesting seasonal lines and special offers. Deliver correct part to customer at counter or arrange for delivery/shipment of parts as required. Prepare and cost out parts invoices, properly identifying eligible wholesale customer. Develop a strong relationship with all customers through excellent communications. Manage and maintain Lifestyle Collection Boutique. Maintain a clean safe work area. Have fun! Qualifications Requirements & Conditions High School Diploma (GED) or equivalent work experience 1 year of experience in parts consultant wholesale retail position Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds/Ignite, Netstar and EPC a plus. Valid Drivers’ license General knowledge of processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques in order to achieve maximum efficiency.
