PARTS COUNTER PERSON

Bellefonte, PA 16823 Learn All Aspects of The Parts Department Pull and Deliver Parts to technicians Bay and relevant positions. Answer Phones and Assist Customers with All their Parts Questions and Needs Must work Variable flexible hours weekly and Saturday hours that rotate Work and Coordinate with Service Manager/Advisor to ensure Parts are ordered correctly and promptly Follow up on Back Ordered Parts and Create Cases when Necessary Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them Stay relevant and up to date with all-inclusive items and Trainings Develops and administers an aggressive wholesale parts program to produce profit Place, Receive, Post and Stock Orders Shuttle Customers as needed and necessary Deliver Parts when needed Multitask Provide ultimate customer concern resolution and problem solve Reports to
Service Manager and Parts Director Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$14.00 – $18.00 per hour
