Parts Sales Specialist:

General Sales Related Tasks to include but not limited to: Phone calls to customers discussing their needs and following up via phone call. Emails to customers discussing their needs and following up via email. Quoting Products via our software. Taking orders for products quoted. Following up on issues with prior orders. Work closely with other members from our team, technical support personnel, and warehouse staff to deliver top notch service to our customers. Ongoing Efforts to Improve your effectiveness in the role: Learn the basics of HVAC as you go. Everyone learned on the go and each of us has varying levels of HVAC knowledge, but most of the team did not come from an HVAC background before this role. Provide exceptional customer service as you learn the ins and outs of the commercial HVAC industry.
