Full-Time Neiswonger Construction, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Inventory Specialist to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the efficiency of our equipment operations by managing and tracking parts inventory for our construction fleet.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory records for parts and supplies Order, receive, and organize parts for heavy equipment and vehicles Monitor inventory levels and reorder as needed to maintain stock Work closely with mechanics, vendors, and equipment operators Track parts usage and costs Ensure cleanliness and organization of the parts storage area Assist with other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Prior experience in parts inventory, warehouse, or related field preferred Knowledge of construction equipment and parts a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel, inventory systems) Ability to lift and move parts and materials as needed Valid driver’s license required
