Job Summary Coordinates the receipt and ordering of automotive parts for vehicle repair, ensures the timely distribution of parts to technicians, posts and verifies pricing, provides support for customer service and is introduced to repair estimating with fleet and dealership accounts. Development path to Estimator. Responsibilities Essential Functions

  • Parts receipt
  • Parts area organization
  • Return and credit processing
  • Reorder of damaged, incorrect or missing parts
  • Verify parts receipt for vehicles to be delivered
  • Post parts invoices in management system
  • Customer Service backup
  • Schedule customer repairs
  • Create accurate written repair appraisals for fleet and dealership vehicles Qualifications
  • Knowledge of automotive parts.
