In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their needs and ensuring a smooth purchasing experience. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding products and services. Process orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy in inventory management. Provide information on vehicle maintenance and repair services available. Maintain an organized workspace, including stock management and inventory control. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations. Assist in fulfilling customer orders and managing special requests. Check in incoming parts orders. Requirements Experience in service or repair is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
