Collision Parts Person Position Available In Montgomery, Pennsylvania

Collision Parts Person Sands Ford of Red Hill Red Hill, PA 18076 We are currently seeking a Collision Parts Coordinator with a strong work ethic and good communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Order required parts based on estimates and supplements.
• Communicate with manager and estimators regarding part availability, delivery, delays, etc.
• Cost parts on invoices and repair orders, taking into account factors such as discounts, store credit, and promotions.
• Inspect and check in parts, identify damage upon delivery
• Assist with inventory management and verify that all parts are properly stocked.
• Assists in the distribution of parts to the body technician to expedite work flow
• Mirror match part orders to corresponding repair orders
• Maintain proper filing system for all paperwork corresponding to repair orders, special orders and back orders, etc.
• Keep current on new products and product updates
• Return incorrect parts immediately to vendors
• Monitor Deliveries and track parts status. Communicate with vendors on status if needed
