We are a specialty equipment dealership that sells and services specialty transportation products. This includes trailers, snow plows, truck beds, and other specialty items. What kind of stuff will you be doing? Our customers call our parts and service department because they need assistance, and we have the tools, knowledge, and ability to help them. Maybe you are assisting a customer research and locate a hard-to-find part that they can’t find on their own. Other times you’ll be signing them in for service work and discussing repairs and costs for the work to be completed. Sometimes customers know exactly what they need, and you just need to cash out their purchase. No matter their issue, you are likely their first contact with our dealership and have the best ability to deliver a positive experience and outcome. Good job! Interested in learning more?
