We’re looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for cars, excellent communication skills, and experience in automotive parts or service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers (retail and wholesale) in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles. Accurately look up parts using electronic catalogues and inventory systems. Provide quotes, process orders, and follow up on backorders or special requests. Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely parts availability for repair jobs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and product lines. Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient parts counter and storage area.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a dealership or aftermarket parts role preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components. Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
