Job Description:

Responsible for performing various tasks that could include:

  • Supervising all parts and service departments
  • Inventory Control
  • Submit warranty claims for defective parts
  • Receive incoming shipments, checking packing slips, and placing parts into inventory
  • Perform inventory test counts as directed
  • Record all hours worked for Parts and Service Department members
  • Answer phones calls (must be available 24/7 to answer company cell phone)
  • Schedule service appointments
  • Write Service and Parts orders
  • Communicating with technicians to track work being done
  • Ship parts and freight
  • Stock and pull parts as needed from inventory
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work space
  • Other duties as requested
Education and Skills:
  • High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Windows
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Active Listening

  • Time Management
  • Previous warehouse experience a plus
  • Previous forklift driving experience a plus
Working Conditions:
  • Inside/Outside Conditions, Varied Temperature Changes, Minimal Chemical Hazards, Vibration, Dust, Vehicle Noise
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds, squatting, bending, climbing ladders/stairs, reaching above/below shoulders, walking, twisting, sitting, standing, carrying up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in clerical/administrative, parts or service preferred (1-2 years)
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be punctual and professional
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Must have the ability to multitask and work with little supervision
