Parts Counter Person:

Assist both retail customers and technicians at the parts counter and by phone Look up and order OEM and aftermarket parts accurately Provide pricing, availability, and product information Pull and prepare parts for repair orders and special orders Track backorders and restock inventory Accurately process internal tickets and retail transactions Keep parts department organized and follow dealership processes Communicate effectively with service advisors and management Qualifications and Requirements –

Parts Counter Person:
