Assist retail customers, service technicians, and wholesale accounts in selecting and ordering parts Accurately look up and locate parts using electronic catalog systems Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges Maintain organized stockroom and inventory levels Receive and inspect incoming shipments Provide timely and knowledgeable support to service department and customers
