You will need a familiarity with boats and outboard motors, computer skills, and a grasp of mechanical concepts. This position will interact with customers in person and on the phone. Assisting customers in selecting and sourcing parts from multiple different vendors as well as working with the service team to provide parts for service work in progress is a core duty for this associate. This positions requirements are very specific to the marine industry so we will be providing substantial on the job training, so the applicant needs to bring a strong work ethic and a passion for boating.
