Powersports Parts Specialist Overview:

Our client isactively seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused PowersportsParts Specialist to join their team. This individual will play akey role in helping customers and technicians get the rightparts—on time and with confidence. Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers at the parts counter, over the phone, and onlinewith identifying and ordering the correct parts for theirpowersports vehicles. Maintain a clean, organized, and accurateinventory system; receive, stock, and label incoming partsshipments. Provide technicians with the parts and accessoriesneeded to complete repairs and customizations efficiently. Stay upto date on OEM catalogs, aftermarket products, and partsavailability. Help manage special orders, returns, and warrantyclaims. Deliver top-notch customer service by offering productknowledge, solutions, and timely follow-up. Upsell relatedproducts, accessories, and services when appropriate.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a parts or retail rolewithin the powersports, automotive, or equipment industry.

Familiarity with parts lookup systems, inventory software, and OEMcatalogs (e.g., Parts Unlimited, Tucker, etc.). Strongcommunication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-pacedenvironment. High school diploma or equivalent; technical ormechanical background a plus.
