MAU is hiring a Tool Crib Attendant for our client in Greenville, SC. As a Tool Crib Attendant, you will inspect, issue, retrieve, and track materials and equipment to support efficient production floor operations. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent
1+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance or manufacturing setting
Familiarity with hydraulics and related systems
Experience using Maximo or a comparable Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Knowledge of 5S and Six Sigma methodologies
Preferred Education and Experience
Associate’s Degree in engineering, manufacturing, mechatronics, or equivalent experience
1+ years of experience in tools/parts distribution, tool repair, or shipping/receiving
General Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in the use of basic hand tools and related terminology

Essential Functions
Maintain and organize the tool and equipment storage area to ensure optimal accessibility and orderliness
Uphold facility standards in line with best practices for inventory management
Track and manage inventory levels of tools, equipment, and spare parts to ensure accuracy and availability
Inspect hoses, pumps, and other equipment for defects, including hydraulic and high-pressure systems
Perform routine preventive maintenance on operator equipment while ensuring a clean and safe work environment
Identify parts needed for inventory replenishment and support basic repair tasks as needed
Collaborate across departments to communicate equipment issues, updates, and inventory needs
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and update records in internal databases
Assess space requirements and organize materials efficiently within designated storage areas
Coordinate the movement of shipments between production, storage, and work areas
Generate and maintain detailed records of inventory levels and departmental activities
Support departmental initiatives for continuous improvement and cost reduction
Compile and prepare reports to align with management and leadership requirements
Adhere to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety throughout all operations
