Sales Associate – Truck & Trailer Parts | $20/hr | Monday-Friday Express Employment Professionals is hiring a full-time Parts and Counter associate for a well-established company specializing in truck and trailer parts in Crossville, TN .

Pay:

$20/hour

Schedule:

Monday – Friday (No weekends)

Location:

Crossville, TN Key Responsibilities:

Assist walk-in and phone-in customers with identifying and selecting truck and trailer parts Accurately recommend parts based on customer needs, vehicle type, and compatibility Process transactions, quotes, and orders with attention to detail Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of truck and trailer parts and components Stock shelves, organize inventory, and manage inventory levels as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales area Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations

Qualifications:

Knowledge of truck and trailer parts required Must be able to look up part numbers and make product suggestions Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills Automotive, heavy-duty, or trailer parts experience strongly preferred Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player Ability to stand for extended periods and lift parts as needed
