$37.4K – $47.5K a year 21 hours ago Qualifications Organizational skills Entry level Full Job Description This individual will be responsible for ordering and issuing copier, facsimile, wide-format, and printer parts. He/She will ensure that all part and supply requests are processed and made available in a timely manner. He/She will ensure that all related paperwork and OMD functions are carried out to completion. He/She will be responsible for assisting service technicians and customers at the parts counter or by radio/phone.
Responsibilities:
Ordering parts and entering inventory into OMD. Assisting technicians and customers with parts/supply request. Pulling technician parts restocks. Unpacking and checking parts orders Assisting in quarterly inventories Tracking parts orders and vendor backorders. Cleanup of parts area and miscellaneous duties.
