May 01 2025 00:00 McCoy Construction & Forestry, a John Deere dealership group with 25 locations across the Midwest and East South Central Regions, has an opening for a Yard Specialist. The yard specialist will be a highly motivated individual that we can invest in and grow with our company. That person will assist our dealership with maintenance, movers, assemblers, and technicians as needed, and may assist with work orders, shipping documents, and inventory when requested. This person will also help ensure safety procedures are followed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (not in order of priority): Assist service technicians with inspections, oil changes, delivery of parts as needed. Assist with loading, repairing, servicing, moving and perform diagnostic tests on equipment. Clean, organize, and maintain the condition of shop, vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment. Maintain accurate records of repairs performed.
Education, Skills & Knowledge Preferred:
High school diploma or equivalency required. Trade/vocational school education strongly Must be at least 21 years old, with a valid driver’s license. Experience with basic computer functions, communicating effectively. Experience working cooperatively in a team and in a fast-paced environment
