Job Description Preferred Experience:

Previous auto parts dealership experience strongly preferred. Retail parts experience helpful, but not required. Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is a plus; CDK experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

Promptly and accurately take and fill parts orders for service technicians. Collaborate with service technicians to identify required parts and accessories for each job. Suggest additional parts or accessories when appropriate to support successful repairs or enhancements. Maintain up-to-date parts catalogs and inventory control systems. Notify service personnel upon the arrival of back-ordered or special-order parts. Continually build product knowledge, including parts history and vehicle service trends, to support technician and customer needs. Assist retail customers in identifying needed parts and exploring product catalogs. Promote new arrivals, specials, and add-on items to enhance the customer purchase experience. Ensure strong communication and coordination with the service department to meet repair timelines and quality expectations.

$15.00 – $22.00 per hour
