Responsibilities

• Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and orders promptly and professionally
• Fulfill orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer needs
• Apply retail math skills to process transactions, handle cash register duties, and negotiate prices when necessary
• Maintain a well-organized inventory system to track parts availability and restocking needs
• Engage in retail sales activities by promoting products and upselling when appropriate
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly Qualifications
• Proficiency in math for inventory management and order processing
• Experience in retail or automotive parts industry preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills to interact with a diverse customer base effectively
