Skills :

(Preferably construction and truck parts experience)

• Computer experience is a must
• Receive and fill telephone orders for parts
• Take product orders from customers
• Process sales or other transactions
• Gather customer or product information to determine customer needs
• Determine replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, or customers’ descriptions of malfunctions
• Assist customers, such as responding to customer complaints and updating them about back-ordered parts
• Locate and label parts and maintain inventory of stock
• Pick up and deliver parts
• Communicating with Persons Outside Organization — Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, and other external sources. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail
• Fill customer orders from stock and place orders when requested items are out of stock
• Control inventory levels of products and materials
• Stock products or parts

Qualifications:

Candidate needs to have a significant understanding of customer service, parts orders, computer skills/capable of learning new software and techniques. Candidate needs to have good interpersonal/communicative skills along with solid visual skills. Though not required, it is preferred that the candidate has some previous experience with the heavy equipment/mining/construction industry.
