M-F Roles and Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to service contract inquiries and efficiently manage shared inbox communications. Process invoices for both billable customers and rental deal structures with precision. Utilize data analytics tools to ensure accurate billing and invoicing. Draft insightful return on investment reports to support sales team decision-making. Embrace cross-functional logistics responsibilities to drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

A college degree or equivalent in a relevant field with specialized expertise. Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Comprehensive understanding of relevant processes, procedures, and systems. Proficient in making informed decisions based on experience and practice. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Analytical skills for handling billing and data analytics tasks. Proficiency in drafting detailed reports and managing contract-related inquiries. Knowledge in logistics is a plus.
