Job Description

Are you a detail-driven problem solver who thrives on structure, numbers, and keeping things organized? We re looking for a Pricing Coordinator who will be the backbone of our pricing operations-playing a vital role in ensuring accurate, timely, and organized pricing processes across the board. In this role, you’ll wear many hats-from handling daily reporting and managing pricing contracts to uploading data into customer portals and collaborating with nearly every corner of the organization. You ll report directly to the Director of Pricing and Supply Chain Finance and serve as a key connector between departments like Supply Chain, Accounts Payable, Sales, and R&D.
What You’ll Do:
Own the Numbers
- Prepare daily reports, organize cost data, and ensure pricing accuracy across all systems. Manage the Details
- Oversee pricing contracts, upload pricing into customer portals, and review product invoices for approval. Be a Team Connector
- Partner with Supply Chain on forecasting and allocations, with R&D on item setup during early product development, and with Sales to finalize proposals. Stay One Step Ahead
- Prepare and review ad hoc reports, support special projects, and maintain well-organized pricing documentation.

- Ensure timely preparation and distribution of sales order updates. Assign and Maintain SKU Numbers
- Manage finished goods item numbers with accuracy and consistency. Review and Approve AP Invoices
- Oversee product invoice batches for accuracy prior to Accounts Payable processing. Coordinate Contract Administration
- Track, scan, and file executed contracts to ensure proper documentation and accessibility. Manage Product Swap Agreements
- Oversee creation, execution, and tracking of swap contracts. Primary Liaison for Key Stakeholders
- Serve as a go-to contact for customers, manufacturers, brokers, and suppliers. Track and Follow Up on Pricing Requests
- Monitor pricing requests from Sales, ensure timely follow-through, and issue formal pricing proposal letters. Maintain Pricing Documentation
- Organize and update internal pricing folders for quick reference and compliance. Update Monthly Pricing Reports
- Review and revise the Monthly Access Pricing Report to reflect current figures. Upload Pricing to Portals
- Manage monthly uploads of pricing details to various customer online systems. Support with Ad Hoc Reporting
- Provide on-demand data reports and analysis as needed. Complete Forms and Applications
- Accurately fill out and submit customer and vendor-related documentation.
