• Position Purpose:

• Under direct supervision, coordinates and solicits special sales costs for select bids by requesting pricing contracts from our vendors.

Set up and maintain special pricing bids. Work with Category Managers, District Sales Managers and Area Managers to provide customers premium contract pricing and order guides. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.

• Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
• + Create and maintain bids, special pricing and order guides.

+ Create and maintain chain account bids and pricing deviations, cost overrides, and order guides. + Maintains and/or verifies special pricing requests. + Solicitation, maintenance, verification, and modifications for various special pricing requests. + Detects and takes steps to correct pricing errors. + Assists sales personnel with customer pricing, as needed. + Assists with vendor deduction issues, as needed. + Weekly and monthly distribution fee reporting and payment requests. + Assists in Pricing or Procurement projects as needed. + Performs other related duties as assigned.
