Sales Support Pricing Coordinator
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Support Pricing Coordinator to join our team in Wilmington, Delaware. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting sales operations by ensuring accurate pricing, managing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and a passion for working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the setup and maintenance of distributor accounts, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date.
  • Verify and manage pricing to ensure compliance with contracts and customer agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparation of reports and documentation.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze and manage data related to pricing and account activities.
  • Establish accounts for reporting purposes and ensure timely delivery of required information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline account management processes.
  • Monitor and track sales data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist with contract pricing activities to maintain consistency and accuracy across accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to enhance service quality.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain distributor accounts effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and team members.
  • Previous experience with contract pricing and account management preferred.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Associate’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
