Job Overview:
Think your vibe could fill a bar? Let’s put it to the test. We’re looking for outgoing and social locals in Gulf Shores to help get the word out about the spot everyone should be hitting after Sand In My Boots— Hibas Gulf Shores Karaoke & Arcade Bar. Your job? Be where the action starts. As people roll in and out of the festival shuttles, you’ll be there passing out rack cards, talking us up, and letting people know where the real after party is. You’re not just handing something out, you’re giving them a reason to keep the night going at Hibas.
Responsibilities:
You’ll post up during peak shuttle times, chat with festival-goers, and get them excited about hitting Hibas after the show. Whether it’s hyping up our karaoke, DJs, drink specials, or just the vibe, we’re counting on you to make us sound like the only move that makes sense. We’ll also want you to put it on your socials: think stories, posts, reels. Just enough to make people ask, “Where is that?”
Qualifications:
Live in Gulf Shores or right nearby Have a solid IG/TikTok presence (local following is a big plus) Love talking to new people and don’t shy away from a crowd Know how to keep things fun but also stay reliable and on-task
Nice-to-Have Skills:
You’ve done promo or brand work before You’ve been to Hibas and already love it You can rally a crowd or start a party just by showing up No long applications. Just be real and show us what you bring to the table. This is your chance to turn your personality into a paycheck. Let’s run it.
