Key Responsibilities for the
Brand Ambassadorrole:
Serve as the primary point of contact for FrontierCommunications by promoting their telecommunications offerings tocustomers at events, retail locations, and other promotionalactivities in Newington. Address customer inquiries, concerns, andissues at events and retail locations with empathy and efficiency.
Assist customers at events and retail locations by providingaccurate and detailed information about products and services.
Efficiently and accurately process customer requests, transactions,and feedback at events and retail locations. Accurately recordcustomer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRMsystem. Proactively follow up with customers after events orinteractions to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensureseamless customer interactions. Gather feedback on customerpreferences, market trends, and competitive activities inNewington.
