Summary :

Responsible for spreading the brand awareness of QQuartz by visiting and performing product knowledge seminar to thecustomers. He/she coordinates with customers to maintainappropriate quantities of promotional materials.

This salaried, exempt position pays from$55,000 to $60,000 per year. The estimated annual pay for new hiresgenerally ranges from $57,000 to $62,000 or more, depending onexperience, education level and annual bonuses. To perform this jobsuccessfully, the individual must be able to complete the followingessential duties and responsibilities: Responsible for thepromotion of the MSI Quartz products. Visits builders, architects,designers, kitchen dealers for the purpose of promoting theproducts. Performs product knowledge seminars at the customer’slocation. In charge of training the customer’s sales force on MSIproduct lines. Accurately maintains customer database and generatessales reports as needed. Attends trade shows, conventions, andother onsite seminars. Consistently works with existing customersto retain and increase their business. Coordinates with customersto maintain appropriate quantities of promotional materials.

Increases brand awareness through strategic placement ofadvertisement. Performs additional duties as required and orrequested. Additionally the candidate must meet the followingeducation and/or experience requirements: High school educationrequired; some college work completed preferred. Minimum of 2 yearsof related industry experience; natural stone, tile or hardflooring industries. 2 years of retail merchandising experiencepreferred Excellent communication skills, self-motivated,self-starter, sense of urgency, personable, extrovertedpersonality, well-organized Provide high level of customer serviceProblem-solving skills with the habit of being proactiveIntermediate skills in MS Outlook, Word and Excel Previousexperience using iPad, iPhone or smart phones would be helpfulAbility to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings andholidays Willingness to travel, up to 50% of travelling requiredThis role has the following physical demands: The physical demandsdescribed here are representative of those that must be met by anemployee to successfully perform the essential functions of thisjob.
