About Us:

Fit Vibes is a mission-driven HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) business based in Wilton Manors, dedicated to creating an inclusive, empowering space for all individuals—especially cisgender and LGBTQ+ communities. As we launch our new outdoor HIIT training series at Holiday Park in Fort Lauderdale, we’re looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing Promoter to spread the word and drive energy around this exciting program.

Our Goal:

We’re building a unique, high-quality HIIT program that brings together 20-30 consistent participants for outdoor training, offered three times weekly (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). These classes deliver results, accountability, and a tight-knit fitness community—and we need a Promoter who can help us fill every spot.

Position Overview:

As a Promoter, you are the face and voice of Fit Vibes on the ground. Your job is to actively engage the community, spark interest in our HIIT classes, and drive sign-ups. You’ll help us get the word out through grassroots marketing, event support, social media buzz, and in-person outreach. If you have a big personality, love fitness, and know how to move a crowd—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote Fit Vibes H.E.A.T classes throughout Wilton Manors, Fort Lauderdale, and surrounding areas. Distribute flyers, talk to local businesses, and network with community members to raise awareness. Engage with potential participants at community events, pop-ups, and public spaces. Represent Fit Vibes online through social media content, shout-outs, and digital engagement. Collaborate with the sales and leadership team to track interest and feedback. Drive pre-registration for classes and collect contact info for follow-up.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in promotional work, street team activation, brand ambassadorship, or similar outreach roles. Prior involvement in marketing events, grassroots campaigns, or community-based promotions. Background working with or within LGBTQ+ communities or inclusive wellness spaces. Experience using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) to promote events, services, or products. Familiarity with Fort Lauderdale, Wilton Manors, or comparable community-centered environments. Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. Fitness or wellness industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
