Summary As a Brand Ambassador at EL ROAD, you will play a pivotal role in representing our clients’ brands at various events and promotions. Based in the United States, you will engage directly with consumers, conduct product demonstrations, and foster brand loyalty through exceptional customer interactions. Responsibilities Act as a brand representative at events, engaging with consumers to promote products. Conduct product demonstrations to educate potential customers about brand offerings. Collect consumer feedback and data to inform marketing strategies. Manage social media interactions and promote events to enhance brand visibility. Assist in planning and executing event marketing strategies that align with client goals. Deliver exceptional customer service to create positive brand experiences. Utilize public speaking skills to effectively communicate brand messages. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or event marketing is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Experience in food service or knowledge of the natural food industry is a plus.
