Key Responsibilities Educate & Engage:
Lead dynamic presentations and sampling at events, podcasts, and virtual platforms.
Training Development:
Design and analyze virtual trainings for Starpil’s online university.
Content Creation:
Produce educational content for social media, emails, and customer platforms.
Community Building:
Engage with our audience, answer questions, and build strong online connections.
Internal Training:
Equip sales and support teams to confidently represent our products.
Product Expertise:
Stay up-to-date on all products, from wax formulas to esthetician business tools.
Brand Advocacy:
Represent Starpil with authenticity, building trust and humanizing the brand. What We’re Looking For Licensed Esthetician (preferred) 2+ years of experience in waxing or esthetic services Charismatic communicator with excellent public speaking and social media skills Experience with educational content creation (e.g., webinars, live demos, IG Lives) Passionate about beauty, education, and helping others succeed in their business Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other major platforms Bonus Skills Experience with online learning platforms or course creation Spanish/English bilingual (preferred) Sales, marketing, or customer service background
