Sign Spinner Lifted Smoke Shops 2603 South Hiawassee Road, Orlando, FL 32835 Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as Sign Holders. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our brand and attracting customers by holding signs in high-traffic areas. This position requires a friendly demeanor, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage with the public effectively. Responsibilities Stand in designated locations to display promotional signs and attract customer attention. Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor while interacting with passersby. Ensure signs are visible and well-maintained throughout the duration of your shift. Follow all safety guidelines while on duty to ensure personal safety and the safety of others. Report any issues or concerns to management promptly. Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required. Experience Previous experience in customer service or promotional roles is a plus but not required. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences. A positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain energy throughout the shift.
