Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Ambassador to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and promoting ATG Sports’ synthetic turf solutions to a wide range of customers — including schools, municipalities, architects, athletic organizations, and general contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and referrals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in sports facilities, school districts, parks and rec, and commercial sectors. Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to signed contract. Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity. Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build brand awareness.
Qualifications:
Prior school adminstration or athletic department experience Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned territory
