Role:

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Director of Brand Ambassador Recruitment to represent our brand, grow our network of influencers, and drive product adoption among dental professionals and patients. There is travel required for events, conferences, and training. The company is located in Boynton Beach, FL. The successful candidate, if exceptionally qualified, could work remotely.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the face of ioTech International to dental professionals and patients. Educate dental hygienists, dentists, and patients on the benefits and science behind our molecular iodine technology. Build and run our Brand Ambassador Recruitment Program, recruiting like-minded hygienists and influencers to join the movement and motivate them to stay engaged. Promote ioTech’s products via your social media platforms, webinars, events, and online communities. Lead patient education initiatives to drive product usage and sales. Top performance earns industry leading salary with eligibility for substantial bonuses. Collaborate with executives and managers to strategize and execute campaigns. Represent ioTech at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Act as a resource for product questions, feedback, and testimonials.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of clinical dental hygiene (required) Strong and engaging social media presence with an active and relevant following Experience in marketing, public relations, or sales preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to educate and inspire both professionals and patients Charismatic, outgoing, and great with people Highly organized with the ability to manage and grow a network Willingness to travel occasionally A true team player who collaborates well across departments
