  • Sales & Lead Generation:

    Conduct front property lawn analyses (10 per week) & generate commercial proposals Re-engage lost leads and perform quality checks on current customers Identify cross-selling opportunities with technicians & sales teams Participate in door-to-door & B2B canvassing campaigns (40

  • 50% of time) Develop new business opportunities (10 per week) and attend joint sales appointments
Community & Brand Representation:

Attend networking events (BNI, Chamber of Commerce, trade shows, etc.) Build local relationships with landscapers, pool companies, HVAC businesses Represent the company at promotional events and help create marketing content

Sales Goals & Performance Metrics:

Meet a minimum monthly sales goal of $15,000 in new services Conduct 150 new contacts, 50 customer conversations, and 30 proposals weekly Set up one community event per month and establish three new trade partnerships

Who You Are:

Passionate about sales and eager to learn and grow in the industry A strong communicator who builds lasting customer relationships Self-motivated, resilient and driven to exceed goals and targets Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM software and marketing tools

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (degree in business/marketing preferred) Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service a plus Strong presentation skills and confidence in public speaking You will be driving one of our vehicles during your work day and must have a valid state driver’s license and good driving record.
