In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our brand and attracting customers by holding signs in high-traffic areas. This position requires a friendly demeanor, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage with the public effectively. Duties Stand in designated locations while holding signage to attract attention and promote our products or services. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while engaging with passersby. Follow instructions regarding sign placement and movement to maximize visibility. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding location changes or any issues that arise during shifts. Ensure the sign is held securely and is visible to potential customers at all times. Adhere to safety guidelines while working in outdoor environments, including being aware of traffic and pedestrian flow. Skills Strong communication skills to interact with the public positively. Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain energy throughout shifts. Good physical stamina and coordination for handling signs effectively. A friendly and approachable personality that encourages customer engagement. Basic understanding of marketing principles is a plus but not required.
