As an all-female DJ team based in Orlando, we pride ourselves on our commitment to creating unforgettable moments at 300-400 events each year. Summary We are seeking an Event Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team at Our DJ Rocks & Photobooth Rocks. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout their event planning journey. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for excellence and fostering lasting relationships with our clients. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about our services. Assist clients with event planning details to ensure a seamless experience. Handle customer support issues promptly and professionally to enhance client satisfaction. Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate clearly and positively with clients. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Collaborate with the team to ensure that all client needs are met before, during, and after events. Create custom graphics (on Canva) for photobooth events and manage the proofing process with clients, offering creative suggestions as needed. Promote additional services that may enhance the client’s event experience. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with sales techniques and customer support best practices is beneficial. Positive attitude with a passion for creating memorable experiences for clients.

Compensation:

Training Period (First 90 Days): $17.50-$18.50/hr

Post-Training:

$18.50-$19.50/hr, commensurate with experience and performance. Potential for annual increases based on performance.
