The key responsibility for these individuals will be to capture qualified leads in select Atlanta area Costco stores as well as other trade show events while ensuring company standards and Costco standards are being upheld. You Competitive Hourly Pay:
$18-$20 (starting pay depending on experience) Performance bonus opportunity: Receive $15/lead, additional $50 when your lead turns into a sale! 4 days per year Paid Holidays (9 total) A hands-off, trusting manager who is there to help you when you need it Overall Responsibilities Providing a personalized high touch customer service experience Qualify leads prior to setting appointments for the sales team Able to persuade and negotiate when it is required Communicate with Lead Brand Ambassador weekly Identifies problems and helps improve processes Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Meet personal/BA team sales targets and lead quotas Keep accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents when necessary Follow communication procedures, guidelines & policies Proactively engage warehouse members or shows/events attendees Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager, or other members of the management team
