As a Remote Destination Wedding Specialist, you’ll help couples plan their dream weddings in stunning locations around the world. From coordinating travel logistics to curating personalized wedding experiences, you’ll be their go-to expert for a stress-free, memorable celebration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their wedding vision, travel preferences, group needs, and budget.
- Recommend ideal wedding destinations, resorts, and packages tailored to each couple’s unique style.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the couple and their guests, including flights, accommodations, transfers, and excursions.
- Provide expert guidance on marriage requirements, documentation (passports, visas, etc.), and travel regulations for international weddings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on destination options, resort amenities, promotions, and legal requirements for weddings abroad.
- Manage bookings, modifications, and emergencies while delivering white-glove service throughout the planning process.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing support before, during, and after the wedding.
- Offer optional services such as travel insurance, honeymoon planning, and exclusive upgrades.
- Use travel planning systems and platforms to manage bookings, payments, and itineraries.
- Protect client data with confidentiality and care.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Willingness to work with clients across time zones.
Education & Experience:
- Must be 18+
