The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for promoting brand awareness, generating leads and inputting them into a CRM form, providing excellent customer service, and embodying the brand’s values. The role involves interacting with customers, representing the brand in a positive light, and maintaining brand integrity. Please note that this role is for a 1099 contractor, and you will have full control over your schedule. Qualifications Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills Brand Ambassadorship and Brand Awareness Customer Service skills Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Ability to work independently Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Responsibilities Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and support brand initiatives. Conduct product demonstrations to educate consumers and enhance brand visibility. Utilize strong communication skills to convey product benefits and gather feedback. Assist in event marketing efforts and represent the brand at promotional events. Collect data on customer interactions and preferences to inform marketing strategies. Maintain a hospitable environment that reflects the brand’s values and mission.
