We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and engage with customers in a variety of settings. We are a nicotine vape company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, marketing and customer interaction, showcasing our products and services while building strong relationships within the community. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness and driving customer loyalty. This position requires 90% driving between stores. Please only apply if you are comfortable with extensive driving, as this role is not suitable for those who prefer minimal travel Duties Engage with customers at Smoke and Vape retail shop. Conduct product demonstrations to educate potential customers about our offerings. Collect data on customer interactions and feedback to inform marketing strategies. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively. Experience Sales and Vape experience is a plus. Previous experience in event marketing or as a Brand Ambassador is preferred but not required. Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse audiences. Strong background in customer service, sales, or marketing is a bonus. Excellent speaking and social skills with the ability to engage an audience effectively. A proactive attitude towards learning about products and sharing knowledge with others.
