We’re looking for dedicated retail team members to help run our Atlanta Dream merchandise operation. You’ll work alongside our retail and marketing team to create and ensure a successful game day retail experience for our fans. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Promote the Atlanta Dream brand and merchandise in a positive, engaging way.
- Create unique and memorable shopping experiences for fans through positive, professional interactions.
- Greet, assist, and upsell merchandise to fans.
- Open and close retail locations, responsible for handling accurate credit transactions.
- Maintain and organize inventory to ensure an efficient sales operation.
- Assist store associates in maximizing sales opportunities.
- Work with Retail Leads to keep stores running smoothly.
- Keep work areas clean and safe for team members and guests. Required Education, Experience, Traits and Skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be available to work 90% of the games May – September
- Ability to work in a time sensitive, team-oriented environment
- Must have high energy, be enthusiastic and display positivity around the Atlanta Dream brand
- Highly motivated and proactive self-starter who works well as both team member and individual contributor
- Must be available for most home games from May to October
- Must be punctual
- Must be able to lift 30lb or more Compensation
Pay:
$17.00 – $18.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Normal office hours; plus, all Atlanta Dream home games and other events; nights/weekends when applicable. This is a part time position.
