Brand Ambassador Wize Home Direct Hickory, NC 28601 Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and engage with customers in a variety of settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for promoting our products and services. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating positive brand experiences, driving sales, and collecting valuable customer insights. Duties Engage with customers at events and in-store promotions to promote our brand and products. Utilize effective communication skills to convey product information and answer customer inquiries. Assist in event marketing efforts by setting up displays, managing promotional materials, and ensuring a positive atmosphere. Collect data on customer interactions and feedback to help improve marketing strategies. Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content that reflects the brand’s voice and values. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the brand at all times.
