Key Responsibilities:
Guest Management Efficiently check in guests using badge scanning and lead capture processes Guide attendees through the experience, providing support as needed Direct guests to appropriate OEM representatives based on their inquiries Booth Operations Maintain high energy and enthusiasm, especially during peak traffic periods Collaborate with the Booth Manager for scheduling and break coordination Adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment while ensuring positive guest interactions
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Brand Ambassador at large events, preferred Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills Strong teamwork abilities Physical capability to walk, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch frequently
